Our goal is to provide a quality service, on time, on budget and to the highest of standards. We understand how important each project is and never lose sight of the fact that we are working on someone’s home or business therefore, client satisfaction is paramount.

Our company structure is designed to ensure someone is always available to answer clients questions or concerns whether it is through our Project/Site Managers, Office Personnel or our Managing Director. From the very start of the project we are there to help guide and advise on construction, to help to make the project run smoothly and for the process to be as stress free as possible.

Background & History

Richard Wilkinson founded R A Wilkinson Builders Ltd in 1998. Working on small to medium sized projects at the beginning, he has steadily built the company to where it is today. WBC employs 17 full time staff and works on multi-million dollar projects with a network of trusted sub-contractors, every year.  In 2007 the company re-branded itself changing from RA Wilkinson Builders to Wilkinson Building & Construction Ltd and subsequently to WBC Limited to better reflect the company’s varied specialist areas.

WBC have been a member of the Certified Builders Association for 10 years and Richard himself is a gold card member of Certified Builders. WBC Ltd have also become a member of the Registered Master Builders Association as well as a Licensed Building Practitioner. This provides our clients with the reassurance of guarantees and high quality standards that are to be expected from a first class builder.

At WBC we pride ourselves on providing a first class service with Richard taking a personal interest in each and every project from design through to completion. This ensures that everything runs smoothly on a daily basis.  Each project is allocated a foreman and Project Manager, both of whom are Licensed Building Practitioners.

Health & Safety

Health and Safety is always taken seriously on our sites.

We are a member of Hazard Co, and all of our projects have a Hazard Co site pack and a first aid kit onsite.

All of our Tradesmen are given regular Health and Safety training as part of our long term commitment to achieving zero accidents.

We are currently looking into attaining WSMP status with ACC.
